This RV-14 was an absolute delight to design for Alan Lancello, and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire design process. We used a silver base coat with medium silver, and then we topped it off with a bold metallic chili red! Free Bird came alive with this striking scheme and color combo!
This RV-14 was the perfect canvas for these crisp, sleek lines, making this bird look faster than ever. This was a great scheme to wrap up 2019 with, and we headed into 2020 strong and eager for more!
Thanks to Alan for trusting us with his jaw dropping build, and a special thanks goes to Vans for allowing us to put their new logo onto this beautiful aircraft! It perfectly completes this scheme and truly pops on this RV’s tail design.
