We have had the privilege to help many aviation enthusiasts finalize their hand built RV aircraft for many years now, and we have become adept at designing them as a result. Every now and then though, we will be presented with a new challenge, and are always eager to meet it head on. Case in point: this lovely RV-7 has a very striking Candy Apple Red, with a metallic finish that is especially stunning on a bright and sunny day. Then you have the carbon fiber streaks that run along it as well, standing out against the bright white and shining red of the rest of the aircraft.
Carbon Fiber is a complex painting technique, and it takes both deft hands and a great deal of patience and practice to get right, but as you can clearly see it is stunning when handled by professionals like our friends at Evoke Aviation who painted it for our client.
